The County of Los Angeles awarded Bellingham Marine a project in the city of Marina Del Rey, California. This project involved the removal of the facility's existing deteriorated floating dock system, and replacement of six docks totaling 103,005 square feet.

The new docks include 253 lease slips, 44 transient slips, and a separate dock to hold 162 personal watercraft. The rebuild included all new lockers, lighting, and utilities such as electrical, water, and wastewater. The project adhered to guidelines for low environmental impact including erosion control, silt reduction, even relocating mollusks.
