Queenstown Marina

The vision for this project was to establish an exceptional lakeside destination, providing residents and visitors with enhanced lake access and safety.  The project entailed constructing six sub-dividable buildings on substantial concrete pontoons. Building over the lake presented distinctive challenges tackled by prioritizing alignment over conventional levelling techniques.
