Wards Cove on Lake Union

Description

Wards Cove on beautiful Lake Union is a privately owned, 11-slip superyacht marina and 12-home floating neighborhood. Floating home sites feature extra-wide Unifloat walkways and full utilities including power, sewer, water and gas.

The waterfront development is located in the heart of downtown Seattle and offers spectacular views of the downtown skyline.

Project overview

The megayacht marina at Wards Cove on Lake Union sits in the heart of downtown Seattle, Washington, on land that once supported the Wards Cove Packing Company’s Alaska salmon operations. The freshwater marina uses Bellingham Marine’s Unifloat® system, designed for megayachts – a rare option, since moorage for yachts over 75 ft is hard to find within Seattle’s city limits.

  • Eleven slips 95–100 ft long with views of downtown Seattle.
  • 200 A of dedicated power at each slip, plus phone, internet and TV, sewage pump-outs and fresh water.
  • Wash-water treatment posts with phosphate cartridges and sediment filters to prevent spotting.
