Calypso Bay is a truly unique waterfront community located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, combining a relaxed coastal lifestyle with first-class marina facilities and resort-style amenities.
Bellingham Marine originally built the early stages of Calypso Bay over 20 years ago and has since returned to continue the development with the delivery of Stages 3 and 4. This latest expansion was designed to meet the growing demand for quality berthing within the community while continuing to support safe and efficient daily marina operations.
Supporting a Growing Boating Community
The expansion delivers approximately 110 new berths, catering to vessels ranging from 12 metres to 20 metres. In total, over 1,800 square metres of Unifloat® concrete pontoons were installed, forming a secondary stage to the existing marina.
