The marina features 2,600′ of Bellingham’s Unifloat® concrete floating docks in a parallel construction that offers sideties for 22 megayachts up to 160′ in length. Shoreside accommodations consist of 352 rental apartments, 17 guest suites and a host of retail shops. The list of recreational amenities is truly impressive and includes a library, business center with conference room, two lighted tennis courts, two swimming pools, 24-hour valet parking, fitness club with sauna and even a billiard room. Concierge services offer massage therapy, laundry/dry cleaning, personal training, package pickup and delivery and reservation services.
