Bellingham Marine Australia is proud to announce its appointment as the delivery partner for Stage 1 of the highly anticipated Gateway Marina development at Burnett Heads, Queensland.

The milestone marks an important step forward for one of the region’s most significant waterfront projects, with construction preparations now well advanced.

Stage 1 is planned to deliver 92 berths, including 88 private recreational berths and four commercial berths, along with a full-service fuel dock, creating a modern marina facility designed to support both recreational and commercial boating activities.

Gateway Marina Developer Simon Harvey said he was pleased to have Bellingham Marine Australia on board for the next phase of the project.

“With their global expertise and proven track record delivering marina infrastructure throughout Australia and around the world, we are moving forward with confidence.” Simon said.

Adrian Langford, Queensland Manager at Bellingham Marine Australia, said the company was excited to be part of the project.

“Gateway Marina represents an exciting opportunity to help deliver world-class marina infrastructure for the Burnett Heads region,” Adrian said.

“This project will provide much-needed berthing capacity and create a high-quality marina environment that will support boating, tourism and economic growth for many years to come.”

“We are looking forward to working closely with Simon Harvey and the broader project team to bring Stage 1 to life.”

Gateway Marina’s long-term masterplan includes a 318-berth marina, waterfront residential development, short and long-term accommodation, and a mix of retail, dining and tourism experiences, creating a vibrant destination for both locals and visitors.
