Project overview

Keppel Cove is Keppel Land’s integrated marina and residential development in the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Province, China, building on the success of Keppel Bay in Singapore. Keppel selected Bellingham Marine to design and build the marina.

Planned for 250 waterfront villas, each with a private berth, plus 158 berths for the yachting community.
Marina facilities include boutique hotels, boat rentals, aquatic sports, a sailing academy, yacht racing and conference facilities.
