Employee assistance program (EAP)
When you need help with work, home, personal, legal, or financial matters, a support resource is available at no cost to you. All employees and their immediate family members, including children up to the age of 26, may access the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Guidance Resources. Please be assured that the services provided to you through the EAP are completely confidential. The names of individuals who seek services through the program will not be shared with Bellingham Marine. The purpose of an Employee Assistance Program is to talk with the individual to define their problem, suggest short-term problem-solving steps and refer to other community resources if necessary.
